“Best Heathrow transfer that i ever had”

Hello , i have used them to take me from Heathrow to Victoria station and this is my story

I have asked in a previous topic about this company Transylvania Minicabs. Nobody has answered so i want now to give you my impression that i had with this guys.

Me and my wife we have returned today from a lovely holiday and we book a taxi with this company , after i made the booking i tried to see if i can get some reviews about this guys and i have seen the topic from trip advisor. i was so afraid that maybe my driver will not show so i took your advise and save other well know company telephone number in case that my driver will not show.

Day of arriving.

After we have collected our luggage we tried to meet our driver , the company have told us that the driver will wait for us in front of Costa cafe what the did not told us it was that the driver will be a chauffeur not just a normal driver. We have seen a driver standing in front of Costa wearing a chauffeur hat and gloves but we did not looked on the name board we did not expected a driver like that , by definition a driver with that kind of uniform is a limo driver or a very expensive chauffeur company. any way we have passed him and we tried to find our diver. i was just about to ring the other company to ask them to send me a a taxi to pick up me and my wife and then i have seen my name on that driver name board. Can you imagine my surprise?

The driver help us with our luggage. When we arrived in car park and i have seen the car that he is driving i thought something is not right. car was an expensive one, i will not give you brand. So I have checked with the driver the price of my journey i did not want to go inside the car and be overcharged. Driver confirmed the price. Inside the car we have bee treated like VIP, we had cold water and the journey was smooth and nice. Driver was so carefully and professional, he did not speed. My wife and I we felt so safety and secured. I have asked the driver what is with the names that have been mentioned in other topic he told me that is the same company but they are just using different trade names.

Bottom of line , I totally recommend them you can use hey with confident the know what they are doing. From the firs steps, talking with the on chat, they are so helpful and ending with the divers
