“A very happy shopper”

I visited the House of Frazer store at Bond street today, where I was desperately trying to track down a discontinued dress and with only a picture in hand. I came across a sale assistant by the by the name of Cerise who works on evening wear, I thought she was absolutely amazing, she managed to track down the dress by going through old catalogues and kept reassuring me by saying " I will find it" and to my surprise, she did. Cerise then located dress in a sister store out of London, and the dress has been ordered and is now on its way to my home address.
Cerise you are a credit to your company, you were so approachable, extremely friendly and more then happy to help me, and I'm so glad you did.
Thanks a million Cerise, you made my day.
