I ordered a £400 mattress with groupon and cosydreamz on may 18th of which I have still not received. When I fits contacted groupon I got the idiot response that it had been shipped via Royal Mail ( Yes a mattress via Royal Mail ! ) and there was no tracking info. I laughed and questioned the advisor of which their reply was ' that's what it says on the screen , however as it has been 2 weeks this will need to be chased up.' They told me that I had to call the company themselves , ( not exactly professional .... ) of which I did, where a young girl answered sounding no more than 12 of which her response was, we don't have an order in your name. Blamed groupon and said a manager would call me back by 4. Manager never bothered to call at all ! I called groupon again of which they said they had escalated the case and given me a new Delivery date of which I need to wait on , and guess what. Still no mattress !!!!!! Now they are not even responding to my emails.
I am absolutely mortified at this useless lazy company and would advise nobody purchase anything from there at all.
I am going to report them to trading standards and the oft and see what they have to say then.
