No complaints about the service from Vivid.
Even though I changed the delivery instructions at basically the last minute, they bent over backwards to accommodate my request and ultimately delivered in spades.
The change in tickets from physical delivery to e-ticket did give me some cause for concern because the e-ticket was not issued in my name. However Joe Ruffolo did his best to reassure me through numerous emails how the security and integrity of the tickets was still intact and that I needn't have cause for concern.
And of course I needn't have worried as upon arriving at Rolland Garros we gained immediate entry upon having our tickets scanned and showing id.
Thanks to Vivid and Joe for helping us to experience our Rolland Garros dream.
