I had a problem with a coat. Tried calling the 0845 (yes it costs us to call them) kept ringing no answer.
emailed customer service, 2 days went by nothing.
emailed again, nothing.
called again 4-5 days later managed to get someone on the phone.
wrong advise given. no customer service file opened so the next time I called I had to go through the issue again.
was told to send coat back and advised I would get an email/call when they had received it. 1 week later no communication back from Joules.
tried calling no response.
sent another email still waiting for Joules to communicate back to me.
3 weeks it has taken and I still have not resolved my issue.
this whole process is making me think twice before I buy Joules clothes again, these are premium clothes with Primark customer service..!!
