“very very very poor customer service! ”

very very very poor customer service!

i been shopping with ASOS for 3 years, although i did recieve faulthy iteams before but they did sorted the problem quite quickly!!however few days ago i have recieve a wrong item. i tried to email them, as they promise their customer care team will reply within 1 working hour!!but its been two days i have sent 5 emails and still not one reply!!couldn't find their phone number either. i ordered a cream colour dress, although i did recieved the plastic bag with the label of the cream dress that i order, but inside the seethough plastic bag was a pair of blue jeans!!i'm sure it not that hard to recongise it wasnt the right item, even if the person who packed it is colour blind???i'm very very angry with asos right now!!and i was hoping to wear that dress this week. now the dress is all sold out!!i cant even order another one, and return the wrong item afterwards!!!!
