“Was a loyal customer until”

Tried to book a package but it kept saying my credit card was invalid. Kept entering it until I called the card company. They said that there were 4 charges going through. Come to find out that the message regarding the card should have been about the hotel not being available on one of the 3 nights. But they do this by re-entering your card it charges you for half the fees. So I en entered it 4 times & got charged 1600.00. Never got anything booked. Then after being on hold for 20 minutes, the call dropped. Hmmm. Then I called bk 3 more times until an agent decided to help me by faxing my credit company a letter to release my money. Never using them again...
