Although, at busy times, you might sometimes have to wait a minute or two for your call to be answered the support you get from LCN is always first class. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. UK company with UK based support (unlike some support centres!) ...and sorry if I offend anyone...but it DOES make a big difference. Same applies if emailing a query - always a fast helpful response. I also think the web site is very user friendly, DNS setting etc very easy to manage even with limited knowledge. I'm impressed every time.
