I have tried to contact pogo sevral time thru the ea help center. Everytime I log in the response is: This service is not currently available. This has occurred everytime. None of the standard help boards addresss my issue. I have even tried to reach Eentertainment Arts in Redwood, CA to no avail. I have been unable to play several games (canasta, solitaires, etc.)for 2 months now. Hear is an example re: scrabble - The game loads, but if i use the dictionary ,I can't click it off because the X is out of the typical gamee frame.
