Good Points
Good collection of clothes, items arrived fairly quickly and without much delay

General Comments
I feel I've experienced disappointing post sales customer service. I spent about £120 on my first order and had to return an item as it did not fit but I have not been able to follow up as there isn't any phone number provided and I haven't received any correspondence from them yet regarding a refund despite sending emails. Very frustrating experience and I would think twice before purchasing from them again. Also agree with some of the other comments regarding poor quality of material used on certain garments and colours/appearance of actual product differing from that displayed on website.



I feel that Asos.com need to include a customer service phone line to deal with refunds/returns
