“non-existent customer service”

I ordered 2 kids barcelona strips personalised with names. Both arrived within 3 weeks - however one name was spelled incorrectly (and I had clearly spelled it right on the request form which they had emailed me confirmation of). I sent numerous emails and received no response from siansoccersports. Eventually got my money back 2 months later after lodging a dispute through paypal. The strips are excellent quality for what you pay, but if there is anything wrong with the order, don't expect any response from this company. The only saving grace is that you can pay with paypal so you have some guarantee that you will get your money back if it goes pear-shaped - albeit after a couple of months and lots of hassle.
