Ok, I needed a bracket for some bike luggage; Topeak the manufacturer told me they didn't make that version any more but tracked down Bicycle Hero as still having the old style in stock.

I made the order online and receievd the right goods in less than a week.

I know many UK citizens might not need to use a supplier so far away, but they've actually been much quicker than Wheelies who are based only 100 miles away!
