I was very disappointed to have two tickets purchased to the Milwaukee Brewers game today yanked away from my boy and I. Awesome seats were signed, sealed, and promised and I told my six year old son we were going and were both just stoked about it. Then I get the email a little later saying call your employee. The tickets were sold to someone else and - oops - sorry about this said Charlie. He said he would try and get comparable tickets and use the payment towards those new tickets to the Brewers game. The problem was there were no comparable tickets to those tickets. So, I said no thanks. I want to know what can be done to remove this bad experience to both me and my boy?
