Good Points
Robust, and easy to clean

Bad Points
Slots are not wide enough for anything much bigger than a teacake!! Can use the sandwich toaster for this, but only one piece at a time

General Comments
I bought the Dualit 42174 combi 2+2 toaster as I had seen Dualit used in hospitals where use is heavy, and I was always buying toasters. I like the crumb tray, and the sandwich toaster is useful for many things. It is difficult to set the timer correctly though, as after a few slices it seems to get hotter and do the toast more quickly. However, you do soon get used to this. If the element fails (mine hasn't), you can buy replacements rather than having to get a new toaster. Overall, I am happy I bought this - about 5 years ago.
