We ordered a cooker hood and asked for a specific day of deliver. It came 4 days early! Bad start there. The glass front o the hood had a piece out of it, but instead of just sending us the replacement glass, they sent (after about 10 phone calls of trying to sort it out) another whole set up. SO, we opened that one and guess what, the glass on this one had a mark in it too. So once again we had to make several phone calls and respond to emails, which dragged out the whole process for over 4 weeks, instead of sorting it all out over the phone in one call. So far, a word to describe not just their company, but their staff, is 'Inept'. So, we eventually received just a glass bit this time and, I'm sure you can guess now-it had a mark on it. I'm sure Stevie Wonder had packed it whilst wearing meat hooks! So, now we have two compete fan systems and an extra glass front. The instructions cover nothing at all, so we're still trying to work out how to put the oval cover on. Pointless calling Premier to ask them as they're as much use as a handbrake on a canoe!
In summary, don't let the name 'Premier' fool you. I wouldnt even give them the grace of calling them 4th division! If you like being ignored and messed around, then this is the company to deal with, if not, don't give them the time of day.
