Good Points
For my first 2 orders I received the items in France in 2 days!

Bad Points
Unfortunately, I found that a lot of items I've ordered are of really bad quality, and look really cheap.
I have ordered a pair of shoes nearly 2 months ago, still not received them, contacted customer care and they didn't seem helpful!

General Comments
A lot of choice, but unhappy with the quality and customer service. I find that ordering off asos.com is really a bit random, concerning returns that you have to pay for, quality, the time it takes to arrive... I won't be ordering from them again!
