“Missold Holiday, add on charges and poor customer service!”

Have recently booked a holiday. At first the staff seemed helpful and friendly. This was until the confirmation came through. We were sold a 5pm flight from Liverpool airport, when we received the confirmation 10 minutes later it was then a 18.15 flight. My name was also incorrect on the confirmation, I was also told the price of my holiday and then to my horror was charged £72.00 booking fee which was NOT mentioned. When I had called to query this I was told by someone that they would not change my name on the ticket as it "didn't matter" and that they give the flight times out from an overseas provider who is in a different timezone! Even though I am pretty sure Ryan Air is not as their head office is in Dublin!! I was then passed over to another person who was extremely rude and unhelpful, and mysteriously my phone call was recorded but there was some kind of error so I was not able to listen to it...strange!! I was then passed back to the manager who told me I was not letting his staff get a word in edgeways so I should not be surprised they are rude!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
