Sadly, I think Inteflora are another one of those companies the presents a 'glossy front' to the world which is actually hiding a very poorly run business.
I ordered some flowers and tracked them on-line and they failed to reach their destination. It was me, that had to telephone Interflora and tell them that they had failed to deliver on the day promised - they should have monitored this themselves and corrected it! I am still awaiting delivery and will keep you posted on the end result. Looking through the Interflora website pages I notice that they 'boast' 4 out of 5 customers are happy - Ha!they are joking aren't they? ...that's a 20% failure rate!
Wake up Interflora!
