“DONT BUY THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME”

I purchased a A72 COOKER HOOD 1000mm it arrived with no rackets to fit it to the wall contacted them after several phone calls was told to send a photo they then confirmed it was faulty as the brackets had not been fitted was told by ther guy JOEY i had to go online and fill out a rma request even though it was faulty and a new one would be delivered on the tuesday. Tuesday came and went having took a day off work i contacted them to say it hadnt even been dispatched and they had no records of anyone saying tuesday i had a exchange of words with some idiot and was then told it would be thursday so i resceduled my work by lunch time still nothing so i called them again and yes you guessed it still had not been dispatched spoke to the same idiot who said he was in charge of delivery and collections denied speaking to me and when i told him he couldnt organise a PEE UP in a brewery he put the phone down i called back i was told he would put the phone back down if i carried on as he doesnt get paid enough to take people shouting in fact as far as im concerend he shouldnt get paid as he cant do his job i said id had to cancel the guy who was fitting it for me he said he would send it out for friday delivery i said i want a time slot but ther courier doesnt do that and if im not in i will be charged for redelivery i also said id want some sort of compensation for all the broken promises and loss of earnings his reply
IVE NEVER KNOWN US PAYING COMPENSATION. THIS COMPANY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST DONT CARE ABOUTANYONE BUT THEMSELVES
AVOID AT ALL COST A COMPLETE CONNING AND LIEING COMPANY
