The range of services available to me as a reseller is excellent and I always find what I'm looking for. On the few occasions when I get technical problems - server response time is the usual one, but I have experienced a wide range of issues - the customer support response is second to none. I almost always get a first response within 20-30 minutes, and a fix shortly after if one is required. It is for this reason, added to value for money, that I prefer to stick with Heart Internet despite there being numerous competitors.
Only criticism I can give is for the 'knowledgebase' content, which often seems somewhat out of date. I rarely find answers there, so if anything could be improved it is this.
