I took their flight from Singapore to Bangkok for a 3-day trip. Upon arriving, I was not able to locate my luggage at the designated belt. After waiting for a full hour, I made a report. I wasted the entire morning waiting for 'miracle' to happen, and I decided to proceed to Pratunam to purchase my toiletries, which took up the whole afternoon. I received an email from Suvarnabhumi Airport that they had found my luggage and it arrived with the next flight. After the trip, I wrote an email to [email protected], but have not received any reply after 3 working days. I am definitely disappointed with Tiger Airways and would not recommend to anyone due to poor customer service. I understand that hiccups might occur during the handling of luggage, but they don't even care to apologize!
