“Poor customer service”

Ordered a hammock first thing on a Monday morning for next-day delivery. Hammock didn't arrive. Tried the tracking number they sent... didn't work. Phoned for an update... never got a response. Emailed for an update... no reply.

Hammock eventually turned up on Wednesday afternoon and I still haven't heard from Lazy Hammocks. It doesn't take much to keep your customer informed and it stops a lot of frustration.

They won't be getting any more of my money !
