“Some Good but a bad ”

I was a member for over 6 months which was my contract (8 months as of now i think) and the facilities are good and offering swimming aswell. The problems only began when I tried to stop my membership, initially I was told to email them after I got no reply and was charged again I rang up and was told that they no longer offer to stop your membership over email and that I had to go in again. After I went in I was told that I would be charged for the next month aswell. I have just been charged again and am still waiting for confirmation that my membership has been truly ended.
After this experience I would not advise signing up for this gym as they have made it as painful as possible in my opinion to end my membership. This is crucially only my experience though. The price of the gym is already a fairly expensive.
