Good Points
Good delivery service for me.

Bad Points
Other catalogues i have used let you have a trial period then send you a statement. I can't believe there is no courier service available and you have to queue up in an antiquated post office to PAY for it to be sent back as well. Service ok for me but re-ordered another size in a top and it never came. Quality of designer stuff like rags, not worth the '£58 i paid for it !!

General Comments
Don't like to pay to sent items back. Already lost P & P which is expensive anyway.
