“Take a while to arrive”

My friends and I bought a friend tickets to see Lana Del Rey at the O2 Apollo in Manchester. We ordered the tickets from this site around 3 weeks before the event. We were charged a huge amount of money for the tickets and ended up paying another £40 for delivery and booking fees. Paying so much for Delivery, we were expecting the tickets to arrive quickly. Worrying about whether the tickets were actually going to arrive after waiting around 2 weeks, they finally arrived a week before the date. Although we had no issues with getting into the O2, the tickets were at a low quality and had already been messed with before we got them. If you are planning on buying tickets from this site, expect unreliable second hand tickets and shockingly slow and unhelpful survive.
