“Absolutely Hopeless Customer Service”

My son rented a car on the 26th May which should have been collected on 29th May. It is stuck in our driveway causing a nuisance. He was told he can't now move it as it isn't insured.
It's now a week since it should have been collected. Made 4 calls to the most useless customer service team I have ever dealt with. Their only mission appears to be to fob you off. At one point the operator wasn't even sure it was their car!!!
The last attempt got them to agree to collect the car by appointment at 10.00 this morning. Still here over three hours later. Customer Services were meant to call me first thing this morning. They didn't.
It says a lot about their business having a nearly new car idle for a week. Presumably people are reading all these negative reviews and avoiding this awful company.
