“Do NOT use, Bait & Switch, Bad Customer Service-Terrible”

I booked a two night stay at a beach hotel for our son's 6th year wedding anniversary. We paid $349.00 for a King size room. We waited for our confirmation #, which never arrive (email or PO mail). 3 days prior to the reservation day, I called the actual hotel and they said yes there was a reservation under our son's name.

When they checked into the hotel, it was a double queen size room, and they were not happy, but I was furious. The Expedia person told us that we had to book two nights, in order to obtain the RSVP with a King bed.

The hotel manager who had awesome customer service skills asked us to have Expedia call him and he would refund us, for their mistake.

The complete opposite happened with Expedia. A female had a thick accent and had a bad attitude throughout the call. When we asked for the cancellation #, she said the number so fast at least 3X before we had the entire #. Unprofessional behavior. Expedia run your recording and check her out. (6/1/13 @ 7:15 PM)
