I have used Golfbidder on a number of occasions and this is the first time I have had a problem. I phoned up and asked some very specific questions regarding two drivers I was trying to choose between. As a result of wrong information, i bought the wrong one, which i now have to return.
I would stress that the club was of exactly the quality I expected, but the specs were wrong
I will still use Golfbidder again and am confident that this was a one off blip in their, otherwise, exemplary service
