We signed up to Tesco at the start of last year and initially they were helpful-they posted the router to us and we set it up quickly. However from there on it really went down hill. The internet quality is really poor-despite paying for a higher speed/download limit. Things like Skype and Viber don't work unless you're sitting next to the router and even then the connection is really patchy. Occasionally for what appears to be no reason the internet will switch off for no reason-this happens at least 3 or 4 times a week. I contacted customer service several times who asked me to turn it off and on although I already had. Then when it still didn't work he said he didn't know why and that was the end of the call. Then sometime in March they decided to increase their price of my contract. The lack of service I could deal with, but the internet breaking and the price hike is really frustrating.
For the same or a similar price there are a lot of other providers that offer much better quality and customer service. Pick someone else.
