I recently returned from Germany and I was so appalled
by the standard of service on our return journey I wrote to Leger outlining my concerns.
Leger finally replied and to my disgust they totally failed to address
any of the concerns I raised. Their total lack of concern gives the impression
they are a second rate travel company. They pride themselves
regarding the safety of their passengers stating it is paramount , yet on our return back to the north west
the coach had a puncture on the motorway yet the passengers were not asked to leave the coach by the driver
it was only the common sense of the passengers to vacate the coach. The toilet was disusting with the door
and walls of the compartment smeared in faeces!!' As we were heading back to the north west the weather
worsened heavy rain and strong winds but our driver was on the phone
on at least four ocassions and at one time for over
15 mins. We were delayed in arriving back to the North West by over 2hrs
On out coach was a very elderly gentleman and a disabled lady. From Dover we
had one stop but such was the state of the toilet, a passenger who
happened to be a police officer requested the driver to make a further stop. Due to the coach running late.

was refused a taxi to take her home instead she was dropped off
in an unpleasant part of Manchester putting her at risk. I could write much more but I will
never go on another Leger coach tour. My advice is if you are going with Leger
expect a second rate experience and a total disregard
to you health & safety!!!
