“Bad experience - would not use again”

I order a commercial kettle from them. The wrong kettle arrived a few days later. I telephoned the help desk who said a that one would immediately be sent and the old one collected. Several days later nothing had happened so I phoned again. This time I was told the kettle I wanted was discontinued and that this inferior one was sent instead. The kettle is not discontinued and is still very much in production, and widely available.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the overall customer experience unfortunately was poor. I represent a FTSE 100 Company with £2 billion turnover, so you would have though our very first order with them would have gone a bit smoother.
