I phoned to ask for information on a Sunncamp Breton 500 - how easy was it to put up on your own, did it have a sewn in groundsheet etc. The advisor answered all my questions (even going from the phone to the tent to check) and processed my order. My tent arrived swiftly and I was very excited. Unfortunately a piece was missing. After a call to the advisor a replacement was sent by return. I went away with my new tent and after putting it up realised one of the poles was the wrong one (Sunncamp factory fault). Another call to him and the replacement pole was sent by return. I can't fault the customer service I received. I would recommend anyone to use this company. Helpful, friendly, good product knowledge, the best price and peace of mind - what more could you ask for.
