“appalling, don't touch with a bargepole”

No idea how the vehicles are, I've cancelled after experiencing the sheer ineptness of Thrifty's reservation system. I've never had such an appalling service from a hire company - their reservation system doesn't recognise its own reference numbers. pricing is no better than others and customer service is non-existent.
