“Excellent travel insurance”

I purchase Am Ex travel insurance for my trip to Thailand in November 2012. I was suddenly taken ill and needed to be admitted to the hospital. When I returned from Thailand, I submit my claim for the hospital charges. With a few weeks I received the full payment for my claim. I might add the receipt was written in Thai. Thank you American Express !
