“Swiss Express coach tour”

My family and I always wanted to visit Switzerland and upon recommendation from many of our colleagues and friends,
we had taken the Swiss Express coach tour starting on 24th My 2013. The coach tour manager Wajid and the driver Nasir took really good care of us. The trip was made enjoyable with their sense of humour. The food was good, could have been better. We could have been given more time for each of the tourist attractions especially to people with small children and on 27th May , the weather was very good and we could have spent some more time in Zurich city but they did not stop at the city centre where the churches were situated for us to take some pictures instead we had early dinner at 7 pm and they took us to the hotel straight away. I am sure no one would have minded if we were given a little more time to spend in Zurich.
One of the (30-50 mins) lake cruises should be included or atleast keep it optional, its worth it!
There were much cheaper souvenir shops near the Interlaken train station, the one recommended in Luzern was a bit expensive.
