“Fantastic”

Have flown with Virgin Atlantic 3 times now and am so impressed we just booked a holiday for Nov 2013 by making sure it was a virgin flight before booking.
Sure its not the cheapest (for economy class) but if you want good customer service you have to pay these days E.g. they offer to call you back, very pleasant on the phone and always ask if there is anything else I can do for you Mr Wortley.

Flew economy in Nov2012
I like the tough screen on-board (but it seems most decent airlines have this now) free drinks (including wine etc.), meals, snack and welcome pack for night flights is nice. also you can check in online and choose your seat for free.

Flew upper class Feb 2013
With first class on most airlines the sky is the limit with the cost. I may have not seen all the fare prices but of what I did see virgin are very reasonable. Due to a last minute vehicle change we could not use the upper class wing (were they take you straight to security in the car) but this looked nice from what I saw. We checked in and I have to say was disappointed we had to find the clubhouse ourselves this was not obvious and should have been taken there I think (or given a map). The clubhouse was brilliant, basically like a posh restaurant/bar but with no bill to pay at the end.

The bed on the plane was great especially on the night flight and the food was very good, I especially liked the personal service on-board.
