bought an extremely expensive *genuine leather* jacket that started cracking and peeling after THE FIRST WEAR, however because i didn't notice this I accepted a %10 refund for ANOTHER minor problem the jacket had and now they wont take the crappy thing back. shame really, i was a huge fan of theres and made a purchases pretty much every other week but after the terrible service i doubt id be visiting them ever again.
