15 Days ago I placed an order for trainsers for my son and within a day got a mail saying it was despatched with tracking no. I followed this - 'awaiting collection' was stated. I've clicked that link several times since and get the same message. I still do 14 days later. You go to complain on the SD website and get an email (the same email!) with the tracking no on. Same result when you follow it. Whatever you put in the complaint, the same email is received. There is nothing else to do, I cannot get any sense out of them. Between Sportsdirect and Yodel (who they use as courier), they are noth utter rubbish. Do not use Sportsdirect online, they are a waste of time and it seems money.
