“false advertisment and appalling customer service ”

falsely advertised 'introduce a friend' and have no intention to stick to it. When you speak to customer services they do not want to help you and 'fobb' you off completely!!!! tell you what you want to hear and once the contract is signed they simply don't care. don't join them if you have a choice they are not worth the trouble or hassle of bad customer service and false advertisement.
