I arranged for two garden chairs to be delivered on a certain day and time and paid extra for this. I had already bought two pieves of furniture to match the chairs in Asda. I took the morning off work, nothing arrived, I got no call or anything. I called Asda and they could not give me an answer, I was put through to Cape Town call centre who are horrendous. I then received a text on Sunday to say your items will be delivered on Monday . I had nobody to stay in for me I was at work, I tried to call them but to no avail. The delivery man called me on Monday morning to say I am half an hour away, I said I am sorry but I am at work. Over a period of the last two weeks I have been calling Asda I tried to get it delivered to my parents address ten minutes away, nobody called me back, I asked for managers nobody called. I received a call three days ago but I was on holiday and did not take the call as I was abroad. I then spoke to someone again yesterday who said I am sorry but the goods had to be returned now and we will refund you. I went mad that is not good enough this is your fault , i know have two pieves of furniture and no chairs to match. The guy sais I can give you £20 for the inconvenience. I am furious about this and will take it further.
