Received an email a few weeks after confirming my insurance, stating that they hadn't received my proof of no claims and that i was going to be charged £402 unless i could provide it. Rang them as i had received previous emails saying they had already received this only to have the phone put down 3 times. Rang and asked for a manager and was told they were too busy, asked when i would be able to speak to a manager and was told he was to busy to even call me back!!! Have now emailed them stating that i wont be paying any extra and if they take any further payment then the policy will be cancelled and i will find a company who actually speak to their customers!!! You would think a company this big would actually have some competant staff working in customer services at least.
