Can,t believe I have fallen for this.
One invoice says 12.67 but they have charged me £22.00 .
They raise two invoices one comes with the package and when you query the amount charged on
Card they then send another invoice with the amount they have charged your card. When you query
You just get computer generated replies saying the computer has generated the wrong invoice but no mention of a
Refund.
Will ring Trading Standards but don,t expect to get anywhere.
Sooooooo annoyed .
