The tickets have arrived 2 working days before the gig which is good, however there was no need for this when the tickets were supposed to have arrived a week ago. When querying the help service which took a lot of time, we were given a tracking number for Royal Mail which was incorrect!

The tracking number we tried to use continually said please come back later there is no information on your package, which adds stress.

Even if the delivery is not the fault of seatwave, but the actual seller, getting the tracking number wrong was. Not very impressive!
