“ Utter rubbish”

Ordered something three days before event with next day delivery. Had live chat with sales agent and was assured it would arrive in time. Here we are Friday evening and no it hasn't arrived. Have 21 children arriving for a party, was relying on the marquee I was promised would arrive in time. Furious and angry. Rubbish customer service and not impressed that this company are making promises in their website they have no intention of honouring. DO NOT BUY from these people.
