Good Points
Respected high street book store, useful for UK deliveries for overseas customers.

Bad Points
Waterstones.com online ordering very poor: cannot manage an order, do not tell you when it will arrive, make excuses around publisher/ suppliers deliveries, do not allow email complaints/ feedback/ order enquiries - have to phone or send a letter! My Account facility leaves customer no wiser!

General Comments
Issues over order made in November for Christmas (present) delivery, as Bad Points entry made above. Kindly offered that they could cancel order - a bit late in December! Offered Jan 09 date, when supplier/ publisher known to have stock - could it be W.Com had NOT ordered the book from the supplier at all by then?
