Hi, I bought a guitar online from GAK.com I was told it was going to arrive a week after the order. I received an email a few days later saying it was delayed, A few weeks later again I received another email saying it was delayed again(Because none in stock). I called up and was told it was going to arrive in 2 weeks! I was not pleased with the results what I got given. So I cancelled my guitar.
GAK should not sell guitars they have not got, they wasted my time and money. I was not pleased with the results!
Overall the customer service was excellent telling me everything I needed to know.
