“Charging credit card without notification ”

I have learnt about my subscription order from my account balance. They told me they had sent a notification email before charging my credit card, but it is not true, I even looked up in the spam box. They do not give you a chance to cancel your order. I contacted them when my unwanted order had not been yet shipped but they told me to send it back to get a refund later.
