“Postage and Packing will not be refunded!!!”

3 months ago I purchased a picture from the Bumblebee (Stinger) Auctions when it was delivered the flimsy box was all battered and torn, the glass in the picture was totally smashed and the picture was damaged beyond repair ,the bubble wrap they used was half flat and the caution handle with care/fragile tape was wrapped around the picture and then the clever people placed this inside a flimsy piece of cardboard made from a broken down box that Nobody could see . After 3months of chasing I finally received a refund but this was for the £8.50 that I paid for the picture and there was no P&P which I paid at the sum of nearly £13 for and this is supposed top be insured....I am wondering where my P&P is as I bet they claim it from the couriers....3months to get a partial refund You can bet your bottom dollar that I will NOT be using them again as this was my first an last time.
