“Great customer support!”

My S2 locked itself after an Android upgrade. It is an unlocked S2 from Canada Bell Mobility.
I just thought it was asking for my SIM pin so I plugged it in and the phone froze. The codes that I was sent didn't work when simply input, but the rapid reply from Customer Service walked me through with simple instructions and my phone is as good as new.
Very profession company...these guys know their stuff.
