i had purchased a phone (Nokia 3710) off ebay which was unlocked, however it was branded to another service, which was incredibly annoying. I had searched everywhere for a way to get rid of it, and then i typed in 'generic de-branding firmware' and voila fonefunshop popped up ! Like anyone, i was a bit skeptical, being so many frauds out in the wide world web, but i was blown away by how simple it all was. Easy to navigate website, the product that i wanted (for a very old phone). Purchased the DIY debrand firmware for $15 AUD (BARGAIN!!) and I was ably assisted by the live online help. A big thank you (sounds corny I know - but they really helped me out) the person we dealt with was an absolute legend when it came to technical help. The ability to remote access into my pc was extremely helpful (nothing worse than "click there" "where?" "there"...) overall - the whole process was quick, painless, genuine, fair/true price, fantastic customer service and of course - a product/fix that actually worked !!
